A slow, considered e-commerce experience for an independent Brighton tailor. We replaced the noisy default Shopify build with a custom Hydrogen storefront, full-bleed editorial spreads, and a structured-data spine that put every garment into Google's product graph.
From positioning to checkout. We rewrote the brand voice, designed a print-feel storefront, and built a subscription engine that lets customers pause, swap, and gift in two taps. Search visibility for "single origin coffee subscription UK" climbed from page four to position three in eight weeks.
